Cultural Intelligence Blended Learning Course

The Cultural Intelligence Blended Learning course

This cultural intelligence (CQ) blended learning course teaches you how to develop CQ in four steps, which in turns will help you create a high-performing global team.  Using Cultural Intelligence (CQ) in your remote global teams encourages each individual member to thrive and reach their full potential.

High-performing global teams do not “fall from heaven”, they are formed. As a result, these global teams are stronger and usually more creative than monocultural teams. They think “out of the box” and their perspective is usually closer to that of the client. However, at times culturally diverse teams can fall into disarray through miscommunication, conflict, mistrust and not bonding which leads them to being slow at reaching deadlines.

Training individual team members to develop Cultural Intelligence (CQ) can create a team culture in which each individual feels they can be themselves. This in turn brings openness to the team and creates bonding and motivation.
