Intercultural Readiness Check

Are you ready for that next assignment? Is your multicultural team as highly effective as you believe it could be? Global team members need a global mindset. Culturelink can help you assess how effective you and your team are when dealing with people of other cultures. The Intercultural Readiness Check (IRC) assesses four competencies which can be trained and developed.

  1. Intercultural Sensitivity
  2. Intercultural Communication
  3. Building Commitment
  4. Managing Uncertainty

The IRC is an on-line assessment that only takes about 20 minutes to fill in. Individuals receive written feedback with suggestions for development. Tania Pellegrini is licensed to use the IRC and can complement and tailor any training workshop with an IRC assessment. For more information contact Culturelink. The below explanations of the four competencies come directly from the IRC website: (
